Pair of late 19th century Russian Orthodox paintings: John Baptizing Jesus and An Archangel Holding Sword and Shield, oil on canvas, both 23 x 17 inches, John the Baptist and Jesus with Holy Spirit above, the archangel with fiery gold halo and trim, gold eye of providence in center of chest.
Condition Report: Both in fair condition with heavy creasing and scratches to paint, old adhesive on reverse possibly used for repair. Merchandise will be packed and transported by the purchaser at their own risk and expense.
