Property from the Estate of Keith McCoy, Los Angeles, California.
Condition Report: In overall restored condition. Timber of a deep nutty brown color. Structurally sound. General marks, nicks, scratches, cracks, repairs, visible old woodworm and wear. One with replaced shoe and infilled and overpainted repairs to seatrail at joints of back legs. Other with repair to splat and shoe. Rear right leg with a repaired break. Later support blocks to undersides. Upholstery clean and useable.
