Pair General Electric Prismatic Lights
A pair of pendant light fixtures featuring bell-shaped prismatic glass shades characterized by deep vertical ribbing and scalloped tulip-style lower edges. The fixtures are constructed with brass-finished metal link chains and pull-chain sockets. One fixture is equipped with a matching brass-tone bell-shaped ceiling canopy, while the other features a non-matching flat black canopy. A white card tag attached to one chain is inscribed with the text L 511 / Pr of General Electric / Fluted Glass Shade / Lamps as seen in image 2. A stamped circular mark is visible on the side of the brass socket shell in image 3, though the characters within the circle are not clearly legible as a name or trademark. The fixtures are currently fitted with modern plastic-coated lamp cords and wire nut connectors for temporary display.
