A pair of 18th century British sterling silver open salt cellars of oval form, both with faint gilt washed interiors, and raised on swept supports on pad feet, the undersides hallmarked London 1792 with maker's marks for Peter & Ann Bateman, measuring 1.625" high x 3.375" long x 2.75" deep, combined weight 108 grams.
