A very good pair of French Empire ormolu and bronze candlesticks dating to the early 19th century, circa 1810. The pair having engine turned decoration mounted on stepped circular feet. The stems decorated with fruiting vines, beading and foliage. Excellent quality. Approximate dimensions: 24. 5 cm high x 11. 5 cm wide Condition: Overall, the candlesticks are in fine condition for their age and usage, still retaining a rich colour within the ormolu.
