Pair Of Monumental Chinese Tang Style Tessellated Lapis Lazuli Horses

DESCRIPTION: Two magnificent matching sculptures, each depicting a Tang-style horse coated in tessellated lapis lazuli and bearing a metal saddle sporting cloisonne accoutrements and gemstone inserts along the mesh sides and floral and foliage repousse designs on saddle proper. Each horse features hanging ornaments along its accessories, each fashioned as lingzhi (ganoderma mushroom) adorned with a gemstone insert.
