Pair Vintage Empire Style Side Chairs

Pair of vintage, possibly antique side chairs, in empire style. Backs are affixed with cast brass detailing, resembles a female wearing a headdress, surrounded by a diamond shaped border, two of the diamonds corners flare out. Frame is wooden, seat is upholstered and removable, edge of each cushion is decorated by an embroidered trim. Front legs are turned, rear legs are saber shaped. Wear is consistent with age and use. Each measures approx 34.5 inches h, 17.5 inches w, 17 inches deep.
