Pair of Broadbill by Andrew ''Grubie'' Verity Seaford, Long Island. The natural cork bodies are pegged and the (HARD) brand is on bottom of keel. Ken Hard owned what is now Southaven Park on the Carmen's River in Brook Haven L.I. The birds are in very good as found condition stored for many years in a Sayville garage. Provenance: Acquired by descent from Dr. George R. Brush, of the settling Brush family of Southold, Long Island, New York.
