Pair of Chinese Bronze Guardian Lions, 19th Century

A Chinese pair of bronze guardian lions dating from the 19th century. The male has a ball while the female has a cub.

Dimensions are: 8 inches tall X 5 1/4 inches wide, 20.32 cm X 13.34 cm. Weight: 4550 grams. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: Both are in overall good condition.

Provenance: From a private Long Island, New York collection.
