Pair of French Gilt-Bronze and Marble Candelabra

fourth quarter 19th century, with rope-twist arms supporting reeded candle sockets on beaded drip pans, around an unusual center finial depicting a smoking brazier, supported on white marble spherules, raised on monopodal legs headed by ram's heads and terminating in hoof feet, above marble plinths decorated with corner medallions, now electrified.

Condition Report: Elegant lot in overall good condition with bright, crisp detail throughout. One leg having a swag with a small repair where it is secured by a cone. The marble generally good with a very scattered, minor ding to lower edges.
