Description: Pair of Italian Baroque Style Polychrome Wood Putto-Form Sconces
18th Century
Each putto with two inset wings and mounting hooks for flight bearing a horn of plenty. Overall in good condition apart from: areas of minor chipping with surface losses near outer extremities and recesses; minor stress crack in back, near wing insert, of one putto; handling wear with loss in patina and pigmentation throughout.
