Pair of Louis XV style bergeres (closed armchairs). 19th century. Carved walnut, cabriole legs, later upholstery and cushions. Relining to underside of chairs. Wear, nicks, chips, and marks throughout wood of both chairs. Small separations to wood on carved top rails of both chairs. Chip to wood on left arm of one chairs. Wear and light fraying to upholstery. Chips to wood on edges of carving on apron of one chair.
