Pair of Pre Civil War Eagle Head Swords including: 1) sword measuring 35" (blade 30") with fluted bone grip and eagle head pommel with 'D' guard. Blade is extremely dark and exhibits some evidence of engraving and lacks scabbard, 2) sword measuring 34.5" (blade 29.5") with wire wrapped grip, eagle head pommel, and 'D' guard. Blade is extremely dark and exhibits surface pitting. Sword lacks scabbard. Provenance: Eugene T.
