Pair of painted plaques, one depicting men playing cards within a tavern, the other men playing instruments with a village background. Most likely from in a large piece of furniture, now framed.
Interlaced blue "L" mark under a crown to reverse, date letter "A".
Although there is little wear to the painted images, there is considerable wear to the gilded outline on the blue ground trim.
