Pair of ca 1830 hollow cut silhouettes attributed to James Hosley Whitcomb (1806-1849 Hancock, NH)- subject's identities are indeterminate, modern pencil note identifies the subjects as Lucy Belle Ferrin Wood (1831- 1865) and Solomon Wood (1830- 1897 Livingston County, NY), but their dates do not match the age of the silhouettes, in matching stamped brass faced frames, overall frame size 5 1/4" x 4 1/4"
