Beautiful, original Panther J72 “Beam axle” with a Jaguar 4. 2L engine and the highly sought after overdrive! Only 376 J72s were manufactured from 1972 to 1986. Famous people such as Michael Jackson and prince Al-Waleed from Saudi Arabia owned a Panther J72 which was at the time more expensive than the Jaguar E-type and the Porsche 911 Targa. The J72 was based on the Jaguar SS100 and could be supplied with 3. 8, 4. 2 or 5. 3 litre Jaguar engines. The whole body is made of aluminium, it is stainless and sleek, the chrome is also in very good condition. Including side windows and soft top! Registered in the Netherlands since 14/07/2011 and owned by the same individual ever since. Dutch periodic vehicle inspection valid until 12/07/2021 and well maintained, documentation of this is included. Some signs of age and wear may have emerged over the years given the Panther’s age.
