Paquito #255 (Editorial Juventud, 1938) CGC VG- 3.5 Cream to off-white pages. Paquito was a weekly series printed in Mexico, entirely on newsprint, that broke up Action Comics #1 page by page, so each week the reader got a new page. The issue came out on August 15th, 1938 -- about three months after Action Comics #1 debuted in the US, meaning that this book was on the newsstands at the same time as Action Comics #4.
