.410 gauge. 28" barrels with plain rib choked modified and modified. SN: NSN. Blued finish with color casehardened frame, checkered forend, checkered straight grip buttstock with checkered wood butt. Double barreled box lock shotgun with 3" chambers, automatic ejectors, sliding wrist mounted safety, double triggers, 14.125" length of pull, a 1.5" drop at comb and a 2.375" drop at the heel. Rib marked PARKER HALE LTD BIRMINGHAM. Box locks marked PARKER HALE LTD. Bottoms of barrels and water table with the usual array of Birmingham commercial proofs and markings. Receiver lightly engraved with foliate motifs. An unmarked oval German silver escutcheon is present in the toe line of the stock.

Arms, Armor & Militaria Very good. Bores very good to fine but need to be cleaned. Blue with thinning, fading and wear, showing high edge loss and some toning towards plum. Case colors mostly vivid with a moderate amount of fading and toning towards silver around the periphery of the action. Action needs mechanical attention as the right trigger does not reliably function and when it does requires an excessive amount of force to release. Stock with moderate surface wear and traces of what appears to be old added finish. Wood with scattered bumps, dings and mars.
