Parthian Buckle with Tiered Plate

A buckle composed of a tiered 'pyramidal' plate with pierced attachment lug beneath each corner, round-section tongue with bulbous collars and ribs between, oval-shaped loop similarly ornamented. 135 grams, 82mm (3 1/4").
