The illustration was done in blue pencil (roughs) and cleaned up in Black pencil, it shows Mickey ,Goofy and Donald in the jungle ( India) stopping at observing some animal tracks without realising that they belong to the king of the jungle ( Tiger) who is lurking hidden into the grass! !
The picture comes in a white simple frame for extra protection.
