Patek Philippe 18K Vintage Ladies' Wristwatch.

This 18K Gold vintage watch is marked A18 on the underside of the clasp. It is also stamped on the knob, and to the left of the knob. The watch is ticking, but the knob is loose, and can pull out of the watch entirely. In addition, it looks as if the time cannot be set. The watch plus the band measures 7" in circumference. The face measures 14.7mm x 14.7mm. The watch, band and works weigh a total of 20.7 Pennyweight, or 32.3 Grams. There are a couple of minimal lines on the face, inside the crystal (possibly lint).
