Patek Philippe Calatrava Ultra Thin 18 Karat Yellow Gold, 18 Jewel movement watch. This style watch is considered the flagship model of Patek Philippe. Black baton-style hour and minute hands on dial, manual wind movement. Serial #11324XX, Model #Cal 175 and Case #318202-34XX. Sapphire crystal, black Roman markers and original black leather lizard strap. On the back of the buckle of the watch is stamped PATEK-PHILIPPE 750 PPCo 18K. The case measures 30mm and the timepiece has recently been serviced.
