The expressive force of a rectangular watch is able to surprise every time and the reference 3491 offered here is one of those objects with absolute stage presence. This very specimen has a yellow-gold case with long triangular lugs, bearing the Cartier reference numbers, and a slope bend. The whole watch is absolutely incredible for the quality of the carrure with strong proportions and deep engravings. The very rare bronze background is a new entry for Patek with painted white Roman numerals and baton hands and the special retailer signature of Cartier at 6 o’clock.
