La référence Patek Philippe 5170 a été introduite en 2010, comme le dernier chapitre d'un héritage de chronographes à remontage manuel et à deux compteurs. Remplaçant la 5070 au calibre Lemania, la référence 5170 était à l'origine produite exclusivement en or jaune avant d'adopter plus tard le boîtier en or gris présenté ici._x000D_
