This Patek Philippe reference 5110 "World Time" watch was launched in 2000, much inspired by the celebrated reference 1415—Patek Philippe's first World Time watch introduced in the 1930s. Reference 5110 was produced for only five years, with 2006 being the last year the model was produced before being replaced by reference 5130. Patek Philippe has a long history of producing World Time pocket and wrist watches with different dial designs, some in spectacular hand-painted cloisonne enamel. This example runs on the ultra-thin Patek Philippe 240 automatic movement with micro-winding rotor. The case has perhaps seen a very light polishing during its lifetime, at most, and is in excellent overall condition. Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives.
Condition: Dial and hands in excellent condition. Case also in very nice condition with one scratch along the rear of the lower right lug and along the edge of the lug. Movement running at the time of cataloging. Overall the watch is in very nice condition.
