Patek Philippe - a yellow metal full hunter keyless

The white enamel dial with hourly applied black Breguet numerals, subsidiary sunken seconds dial to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, embossed round case fitted, the movement signed Patek Philippe and Bailey Banks & Biddle Co., case signed Tiffany & Co. NY, case diameter 33mm. At fault.
Condition Report: Later emossed. Cased stamped 18k. Inside dust cover is missing. Movement is currently functioning. Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible to the naked eye. Tarnishing around seconds dial. Dial shows some damaged to the enamel between two and three o’clock and other small marks. Hands show marks and some wear to the black. Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Case shows marks and scratches. Hinges appear intact but shows wear. Crown has scratches and marks with wear to the plating.
