Geneva in gold lettering Signed: Tiffany & Co. on the dial, case and movement, 152 grams gross weight Lot is accompanied by an Extract from the Archives stating Patek Philippe made this unique timepiece in 1878 and it was sold without case. It is interesting to note that Antiquorum sold a hunters cased version of this type split second watch with regulator dial in December of 2012 for $50,000
