No. 1212873, Ref. 3545/2, Cal. 23-300 PM, Case No. 2707916, Dimensions 32 x 27 mm, circa 1972, Weight 93 g, Origin Schweiz Case: 18 K gold, push back, Patek Philippe 18 K gold Milanaise bracelet, bracelet length 160 mm, total length 190 mm. Dial: Gold, blue, sunburst finish. Movm.: Manual. This ageless and elegant style icon is one of Patek Philippe‘s most beautiful models.It features the typical elegant ellipsoidal case and the gently shimmering blue-gold dial with exquisite indexes and hands. The Ellipse D'Or came in many variations. This piece has a horizontally oval yellow gold case, a shimmering blue dial and a beautiful integrated Milanaise bracelet. Patek Philippe launched reference 3545 in 1969 and continued to produce it until circa 1979. Case and bracelet have developed a beautiful patina as well as a rare gold oxide over the years, indicating that the watch has not been worn very often. The oxide layer can be removed with a simple polish but is highly prized by most collectors. Case: very good, slightly worn. Dial: very good. Movm.: very good, capable of running, cleaning recommended.
