PROVENANCE: The print was originally given to GeneralDouglas MacArthur when he served in Japan during WWII. GeneralMacArthur's son Arthur MacArthur and the consignor's brother met atColumbia University when they were students. Arthur gifted the print to theconsignor's brother, who then gave it to the consignor as a wedding gift.MEASUREMENTS: 15-1/4" high x 11-5/8" wide; 2-1/2"; mat and frame.CONDITION: Laid down. Minor wear to frame.
