“Museum Table”. Rare coffee table of solid Brazilian rosewood with numerous boxwood inlays. Mounted on tapering “drumstick” legs. Signed Moos 1943. This example made 1943 by cabinetmaker Peder Moos. H. 57 cm. L. 70.5 cm. W. 52.5 cm.

Provenance: Made by special order for current owner's parents who were personal friends of Peder Moos.

Model presented at The Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Exhibition at Designmuseum Danmark, 1942. The same model was exhibited at Nationalmuseet, Stockholm, Sweden in 1943 and at Nordenfjelske Kunstindustrimuseum, Trondheim, Norway in 1952.
