Pelicano and Carretto Siciliano in silver and enamels (2) - .800 silver - Italy - Second half 20th century

1) A miniature of 58 gr, a faithful reproduction of the ancient and famous Sicilian cart, of exceptional workmanship, with many details, all truly faithful to the original. It is enriched with small incisions and enamel decorations. The punches of the silversmith and of the silver title 800 are present. Not finding the ‘800' punch, perhaps due to distraction, the item was tested and turned out to be 800 silver. 2) A truly rare solid silver Pelican with 925 silver hallmark, according to the label and engravings, the item was made by the silversmith: O. P. Orlandini Arezzo, registered trademark, as per photos. On the head are set ochre yellow stones and is decorated with blue enamels. Both the long beak and the lower part are movable. it also has a small hook to use it as a pendant. It is a small, masterfully made, sculpture. Do not miss this rare and wonderful piece.
