Exclusive heart-shaped pendant with a folding eyelet, made of yellow and white gold. The pendant has a 13-carat heart-cut topaz in a yellow gold band frame. The border of the heart and the entire visible surface of the eyelet are set with 140 diamonds on white gold (1. 40 ct. in total) . The pendant is worn as a glider, e. g. with a gold chain or leather strap. Thanks to the folding eyelet with a generous cross-section of 6 mm, it can also be hung on a chain (e. g. pearl necklace) . Excellent condition.
