Beautiful antique pendant with sapphire and old-cut diamonds, completely in its original condition. Two exquisite sapphires - teardrop-shaped and oval - are surrounded by 24 old-cut diamonds. Very bright old-cut diamonds (color H) and high-quality cornflower blue sapphires with no abrasion. The pendant has a concealed, secured pin on the back and can therefore be worn either as a pendant or brooch. Excellent condition.
