Vintage pendant in 750/18K yellow gold with layered agate/chalcedony gem (chest portrait of a young woman in profile, hand-engraved) . The gold frame is completely surrounded by 4x10 river pearls, which are pierced by gold clasps in four places. The engraved female portrait is in white, the layer underneath is in apple green. Vintage handcrafted in excellent condition.
