Two-hands comtoise with rooster casting where the medallion is filled with three hearts flanked by two small hens Beautiful and intact 18th century Morbiére week movement from the revolution period. Enamel dish dial with Arabic minutes and Roman hour number ring indication. Dated: 1795-1799 Two finely detailed special brass engraved hands with detailed decoration. Striking mechanism with 2 hammers, every half hour and hour. Strikes with a peasant stroke (repeater just after the whole hour) . Winding of the movement with key by turning rope on wooden roller. Pendulum case at the back of the timepiece, height 8. 5 cm. Operation: In good, clean, and fully working condition.
