A Pennsylvania walnut chest of drawers, fourth quarter 18th century, the rectangular molded top with four graduated drawers, raised on bracket feet.

Condition Report: Having tulip poplar secondary woods. The top and side with fading. Typical marks, wear and liquid marks. Scattered patches to case, lip and drawer moldings wear locks meet case. The second drawer from the top with a large spliced repair to the right end. Retaining its original feet, however, lacking most glue blocks. Drawer fronts with scarring and plugged holes from previous hardware. The brass hardware are period replacements. No key.
