[ translate ]

**Originally Listed At $2500**

Western Asia, Persia (Iran) or possibly Syria, Ilkhanid (Il-Khanid, Ilkhanate), ca. 14th century CE. An ornately decorated ceramic bowl, of a classic hemispheric form with a concave pedestal foot. The interior is decorated via an underglaze technique, featuring twelve petaloid panels, six of which are adorned with blue floral motifs alternating with six featuring dotted diamond motifs delineated in black and blue with a cream ground.
