A series of three oval-shaped linked pewter settings with scalloped edges and raised rims, two holding polished carnelian gemstones with inscriptions, the central one chalcedony with incuse portrait busts of two rulers in profile; scrolled leaf-shaped terminals. 23 grams, 11cm (4 1/4"). From an important North West London collection; acquired in the late 1980s-early 1990s.
