Condition Report:
The artwork presents well from the front, with strong color and intact-looking black painted passages. Minor scattered specks, small surface marks, and possible light dust are visible under or on the glazing, particularly in close views; no obvious tears, losses, or major staining to the visible image area are apparent. The dark metallic-finish frame has substantial cosmetic wear, including numerous scratches, scuffs, abrasions, finish losses, and small chips, most noticeably along the lower edge, corners, and upper rail. The mat and inner border appear generally clean but show minor age/handling marks. The reverse backing is heavily worn, with tape residue, edge wear, soiling, small punctures/marks, and uneven old mounting or backing materials. Framing is functional in appearance but sold in its present condition and may benefit from professional reframing or conservation.
