A Cleveland artist, Dubaniewicz graduated from the Cleveland School of Art in 1935, the Cleveland Institute, Student and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. His paintings have been exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery, Washington DC and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Although not officially a member of the renown "Cleveland School" of artists, Dubaniewicz exhibited many numerous paintings in the Cleveland Museum of Art's May Show, juried exhibition between 1934 up to 1948 and is considered a Cleveland School artists by many collectors, dealers and institutions.
