Peter Robert Keil (German, born 1942), One of a kind hand-painted wood cutout wall sculpture depicting a group of three figures with stylized faces, wide blue eyes, red lips and outstretched hands, rendered in tones of red, blue, yellow, green, pink and white. Executed in a Neo-Expressionist style with thick, gestural brushwork and heavy black contours. Signed and dated lower right "P. Keil 75 Berlin." The verso is fitted with LED tube lighting that follows the outline for back-lighting, along with a power supply, wood mounting cleats and hanging hardware.
Dimensions: 53 X 72 X 1 in.
Condition: Good overall vintage condition with typical age related surface wear and toning. Scattered scuffs and scratches with handling wear along the edges. Lighting functionality unknown.
