When we talk about a robust workhorse derived from a 'normal' passenger car, the Peugeot 404 Pick-up immediately comes to mind. Peugeot saw this clearly at the time, an opponent for the Japanese pick-ups with a payload of one tonne that became more popular almost every day in the 1970s. That the 404 was a super car is proven every day in Africa - it still holds its own as a workhorse.

Not a shiny car, but a nice light petrol pick-up that stands out in the daily street scene. A cool oldtimer for those who want something a little different. The open loading platform is equipped with a tarpaulin so that you can drive with a closed or open loading platform.

The petrol engine starts well, runs well, the 4-speed manual transmission with handle on the steering wheel also works properly. The sofa is covered with a fabric cover, because the sofa is no longer beautiful and there are tears and significant damage.
