This Peugeot 404 is a barn find. The Peugeot 404 is a Pininfarina-designed mid-class car from the French manufacturer Peugeot which was released in addition to the 403 in 1960. The 404 was presented on 11 May 1960. It turned out to be a very successful model and its solidity was second to none. This was also evident from its sporting successes: it won the East African-Safari Rally in three consecutive years (1966, 1967 and 1968) , after already achieving a victory in 1963. Many 404s were used as taxis. This Peugeot 404 XC7 with a petrol/gas engine really needs some attention. The engine in this barn find runs and drives but it has stood still for a long time. There is some rust in places as can be seen in the photos. Completely in original condition. A real restoration project. This vehicle can be viewed and picked up in Waalwijk.
