Condition Report: Overall very good condition. A few very faint soft creases and one small area of variation to the surface gloss in upper right corner, visible under raking light. Crease to upper right corner. Some scattered minor chipping and bumping to extreme edges and corners of sheet, not visible when mat is closed. Sheet is cornered to board. Window mat measures 18 3x4 by 18 inches. Framed under glass to 21 1x4 by 20 1x2 inches. Some disruption to the uv-protective layer of the glass.
