Thomas Phipps & Edward Robinson (reg. 1783) English silver nutmeg grater box, engraved bird motif with hinged lid and rasp, beneath another hinged lid for storage space for the nut, hallmarked inside lid: "T.P E.R / London / England / 1799," 18th century. 0.875" H x 1.875" W x 1.25" D. Approx 1.37 ozt. Engraving heavily worn.
