Phoenician Gold Miniature Amphora
Mid 1st millennium BC. A sheet gold miniature vessel comprising a tapering body and broad shoulder, flared mouth and two later hollow-formed strap handles; band of repoussé segmented foliage to the shoulder and another to the body interrupted by a later female figure standing within an arch wearing a pleated robe, holding a ewer in one hand and palm-cup in the other.
