Each 10 x 13 in. (25.4 x 33 cm). Scattered light wear. A striking collection of prints depicting various scenes of Paris. Including six views from the 1889 Exposition Universelle world's fair, held from May 6-October. Two prints of the Eiffel Tower are included, as well as images of the Central Dome, and the Les Palais de Beaux-Arts. It was one of the most successful word's fairs, attracting over 32 million spectators in its 5 month run. Other images, photographed in the 1880s, include Notre Dame cathedral, Tulieres Garden, and views along the Siene river.
