Total edition 255 copies, of which this copy in one of the reserved copies for the artist and publisher, unnumbered, and printed on handmade paper with watermark facsimile signatures of Picasso and Cocteau. Illustrated with 24 original lithographs, of which 2 are double pages, by Pablo Picasso. Loose as issued, in the original green paper wrappers with a lithograph by Picasso, and a cut-out profile revealing the title printed in wove paper underneath. The title page is a printed reproduction of Picasso and Cocteau handwriting. Guarded in a costumed Chemise and slipcase. Ref: Cramer 117; Bloch 1037-60
