Exceptional pair of fighting bulls made of very nice patinated bronze, with foundry stamp. Sculptures, made of bronze, from the Pierre Chenet foundry. Collection "Le Taureau". Pierre CHENET created his foundry in the early 1900s. The foundry was taken over by the son after the death of his father in the early 1970s. He uses the signature technique of "acid patina" which gives his bronzes a unique colour. Each sculpture is unique by its colour. The bronze is stamped with the foundry seal and crown. The sculpture is from the 1980s.
