Pierre Fava, contemporary artist who has exhibited all over the world (Paris, New York, Montreal, Beijing . .) and whose works belong to museum collections. Often compared to Pierre Soulages for his powerful and fascinating blacks, he is a jack-of-all-trades who paints both black and colour and uses his emotions to project them onto the canvas. Also a sculptor, he has made many custom steel works including the series "Trash cube" from which this work is derived. Notched steel cube covered with solvent glossy paint, automotive type. In excellent condition. Very nice reflections with light. Sold without the plexiglass base of the 1st photo. Not numbered or signed, but supporting invoice.
